This is a 60 minute free session that explains the crossfit method and evaluates your current level of fitness.
THIRD: Private Coaching
Once you have done the fitness evaluation you begin private coaching sessions to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for CrossFit (and Life). Don't worry, if you're just getting yourself back into shape and think that this type of training could be too hard, remember that CrossFit is designed meet the experience, fitness level and needs of every human being. Elite athletes and people in old age homes are doing Crossfit, if you fit somewhere in between you can do CrossFit.
Phase I (Minimum 10 sessions) costs $750 for 1 on 1 training, $500 (each) for 1 on 2 training, $400 for 1 on 3 training.
Most reasonably active people with a decent degree of fitness will take about 10 private fitness sessions prior to getting into Group Sessions.
Some people want the extra attention of 1 on 1 training and continue with private Coaching Sessions to reach their goals.
For those of you who have been doing CrossFit at a home gym /globo/park type of deal and want to come into the real deal you might be able to graduate to group sessions in just a few personal training sessions. If you come in low key, correct and respectful and have all your shit together technique wise you could go into group sessions right away. For most people who have been doing Crossfit online the biggest hurdle is handling the intensity of our gym and the group atmosphere. It doesn't take long to adjust, but the first workout or three seems to be a bit of a shocker. Come in and we will see where you are at.......we love you self starters.
FORTH: GROUP SESSIONS
Here you play games, compete for rounds, time, points and glory. Our group sessions will occur as sport. Instead of trudging off to the gym to do the same boring routine you will be going off to see your buddies to compete in an individual or team game.
It is this idea of sport and community that will take you to a whole other level of fitness and awareness.
We see the greatest challenge of bringing Crossfit to someone new "off the Street" is in learning to effectively and safely execute the movement patterns under intensity. The magic is in the movements, the results are in the intensity.
