getting better....M1 3 egg whites, pinch of cheese, on a whole wheat muffin.
(coffee is constant) M2 is where it goes to crap/ Black and white cookie, M3 Buffalo chicken pizza, 1 slice, and a coke....topped it off on 4, back on target...egg white omelet with filet mignot and asparagus. |

Ok Nash now you're talking. So you slipped but got back on. Everyone should eat 4 to 5 small meals a day and keep it healthy. Not only will you lose weight but your body will be refueled throughout the day and your CrossFit workouts will be that much better. Who else is on? You got nothing to lose! Give the Zone a try.
