This was a rough one
Workout:
AMRAP in 20 min.
10 Heavy D.B. Lunges ( each step counts as one )
10 Push ups
10 Heavy K.B Swings

I did 10 rounds, was at 9 on the KB swing when Patty "YELLED" time was up.
