How to Get Started

First:  Read

- Download a free copy of the CrossFit Journal titled “What is Fitness”.

- Download a free copy of CrossFit Foundations.

- Browse the CrossFit.com web site for gobs of information.

Second:

Either Call (516) 456-4312 or Email Chris to set up your free fitness orientation

During this session we will explain in detail the CrossFit Method  After learning about CrossFit you will be put through a CrossFit workout.

Third: Private Coaching

Once you have done the fitness evaluation you begin private coaching sessions to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for Crossfit (and Life). The minimum amount of one on one coaching sessions is Five.  Depending on your current fitness level and athletic ability you may require more sessions than Five.

The cost for the initial 5 one on one coaching sessions is $375 which includes the one on one coaching sessions and the month of group classes that you start in.

Forth: Group Sessions

Once you have successfully made it past the one on one sessions,   you have the choice to join the group classes or continue on with private sessions it is entirely up to you.  The group sessions are basically a number of athletes competing against themselves and each other in friendly competition.  Every athlete performs the workout of the day together and offers motivation and support for one another.  Group classes are offered at certain times (check the schedule link)
