LET’S KEEP THE PARTNER WOD’S UP THEY ARE WORKING OUT INCREDIBLE.  MOST OF US ARE MAKING CRAZY GAINS.   THE MOTIVATION AND CAMARADERIE IS INCREDIBLE AND THE WORKOUT’S HAVE BEEN OVER THE TOP.  IF YOU CAN NOT DO RING DIPS, DO THEM ON THE BAR (BAND OR NO BAND)

    This looks like its ganna be fun. Fran was fun i gotta thank harry for pushin me like he did i was originally ganna do 75 but he talked me into 95 nd i did really good i think this partner thing is awesome but sucks at the same time haha i feel great thanks again harry!

    Just watching some of the newer guys giving yesterday’s WOD their hardest effort was all of the motivation I needed. Great job fellas!
