Friday, March 26th

I have another change to make to the new schedule.  Due to some of us getting to the 6:30pm class a little late I am going to make the start time 6:45pm.  That will give us a little more time to make the class on time from work.

SO STARTING MONDAY THE 29TH THE NIGHT TIMES WILL BE 5:30PM AND 6:45PM.
Again if you need the schedule it is listed under the “Schedule and Fees” page.

Workout:

“Crossfit Total”

Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift

You will have three attempts after your warm up sets to reach a 1 rep max weight.
Your first set will be a weight you know you can get for a heavy three rep set
Your second set will be a weight you know you can get for a heavy single
Your last set will be a weight that you want to do based on your two previous attempts.

For those of you that didnt know… Patty and Jay competed at the sectionals this wknd… I went to go watch them and give them some support….they both did amazing today… Truly gave it all they got… So just wanted to congradulate both of them… Job well done guys!!

and yes I am the teacher who spelt congradulate wrong….haha..hence the fact im a PE teacher…. So I will correct that… Congratulate guys!!!!
