Row 1000 meters at 22 strokes per minute, no higher no lower.
Warm up Complex
4 rounds of
15 Pull ups
20 Burpees
25 Kettlebell Snatch (55lb/35lb)
30 Air Squats
With a 3 minute rest between rounds

By the way those structured push-ups were pretty cool today.
I thought for sure my first dbl under would have made the blog this morning..lol..after all the whole gym stopped and started clapping once I managed to get one ![]()

Wow, those are some hella’fide workouts. Does anyone else think it would be fun to remove the time limits (for the rest of us) and try them out?
