1 mile run (outside)
100 pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 mile run (outside)

YES!!! I don’t care how much it snows I’m doing this workout then throwing up everywhere
…and don’t forget some dry clothes for the ride home.

chris, u are twisted but yet motivating…i will be there tmrw to do this workout….this so far is the wod of the year…puke time…as a matter of fact i am going to bed now at 7:48 pm on a friday so that i can sleep long enough to get thru this wod….wooooohooooo when it comes to that time board situation is about to post up on the top spot!!!!!
