So I went Snowboarding for the first time ever this weekend and I thought I would share a short video of myself.

Actually that’s not me in case you haven’t figured it out. I so suck at it, but it was a great experience and I can’t wait to do it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about trying it. Your ass really takes a beating so it helps to have a little extra cushion as I do. I really have a new found respect for these snowboarders in the Olympics or even anyone that can actually do it without falling every time the board moves.

I’m almost afraid to ask…what’s a goblet squat?
I heard a goblet squat involved you dressing up as a 16th century english monarch and drinking wine out of a gem laden goblet while doing air squats, the trick is not to spill any wine. Havent been able to find a video of it yet though.
Ha…I could somehow see Lee pulling that look off too.
It seems to be just a plain ole squat, holding a dumbell in front of your chest, like you are holding a chalice. But I am sure you all have seen that in google by now.
Darn tootin’ right I would pull that look off. In fact, I’m polishing my gem laden goblet to a mirrored finish right now. It will be my secret weapon for paintball on Sunday!




Speaking of snowboarding, Chris, there was a lot of really cool olympic snowboarding today. I have been trying to watch as much of the coverage as possible. It’s really inspiring.
