Part I:
50-40-30-20-10
Double Under
Sit up
Part II:
Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5
In this workout you will perform 5 sets of your 5 rep max weight. This is how a back squat is performed, no other way than this. If it is not performed like this it is not an acceptable back squat and therefore does not count.
Congrats to Howie, Adam L. and Joe B. on the super bowl pool.

Fully locked out Lee. Hips fully extended as well as knees.
I just wanted to say that I think the new format of metcon + strength movement is great. Even though it sometimes doesn’t look like it, I know Chris puts a lot of thought, time and energy into the wod’s. Great job Chris.
Was that a T-Rex in that video?
First of all, Thanks Adam I appreciate that.
Second, Yes Lee your knees do lock out at the top of the Back Squat as do your hips yet you still should have a forward lean because of where the weight is placed on your back. Your Torso will not be as upright as your Air Squat or your Front Squat.

Hey coach, once again I need you to square me away! I thought it was bad to lock your knees at the top of a squat. In this video it looks like she is locking her knees out emphatically. What does right look like?
