Beware of Overtraining, I know Crossfit is addicting and I know it’s hard to stay away from seeing my lovely face everyday but rest days are just as important as training days. So if you feel like you are overtrained then take a rest or gains will be hard to come by. Here are some signs of Overtraining:
- Washed-out feeling, tired, drained, lack of energy
- Mild leg soreness, general aches and pains
- Pain in muscles and joints
- Sudden drop in performance
- Insomnia
- Headaches
- Decreased immunity (increased number of colds, and sore throats)
- Decrease in training capacity / intensity
- Moodiness and irritability
- Depression
- Loss of enthusiasm for the sport
- Decreased appetite
- Increased incidence of injuries.
- A compulsive need to exercise

Umm. . . Durring “kelly” on wednesday I think I went through all those symptoms.
20lb ball, I’m 120lbs = 17%. 10ft target, 5ft tall and a two foot box jump. All just obstacles in 40:52
