I hope everyone is sticking to their diet’s for the “FAC” cause I will be taking weight and body fat again on Monday March 1st, just to make sure were all staying focused.

This was the goal today!

Anyhow, I thought messing around with the gymnastics movements was fun today.  We’ll do more days dedicated to just that.
Not everyone got to try the exercises out, next time we’ll all be involved.
Workout:
Bench Press 1 rep max
Then…

Run 400
50 Squats
Dress warm it should be about 42 degrees!

Jay D., Jay Bird, Little Jay, Jay my son, Jay Rock.  He goes b many faces but one things for sure he’s a strong little fuck!
Here he is holding a plank for 17 minutes and 14 seconds!!!  Not once did he move from this position.  That’s not a misprint.

Sunny Bono!
