I hope everyone is sticking to their diet’s for the “FAC” cause I will be taking weight and body fat again on Monday March 1st, just to make sure were all staying focused.

So what ever you do, stay away from these guys.

No to get unfocused, It’s poker night Friday.  I think Lee set it up to play at the diner after our usual Friday night Dinner.

Workout:
Depending on one’s fitness level either complete:
5 sets of 5 attempts of one of the following:
Kick up to Handstand
Handstand Push ups
Headstand Push ups

3 sets of 5 attempts of one of the following:
kip up attempts (no band)
Dead hang pull up

3 sets of 5 attempts of one of the following:
Pistols (each leg)

Then…

21-15-9
Kettlebell Clean Squat and Press (each arm)
Pull ups

This is the worst I have ever felt being back. I love everyone at CFOB. I love training and as the trainer. I’m going to miss all. I’ll be finishing up in december and then be full time crossfit/gymnastics, haha.

I’ve been told I’m an inspiration. I’ve been told I work so hard. But that’s only because I have you guys there. Working out alone is rough, I know. I love being at a place were everyone puts in their 110%. If I slacked, some one else would slack, then someone else and so on. So why not kill the virus straight away?

Have fun with the gymnastics. You will be amazed at what you’ll be able to do. Gymnastics = Body control. If you can move your own body better. Imagine how you can move durring a wod. Its all proprioception and kinesthetic awareness. Can’t be tought, only experienced.

Afterall, “the snatch is gymnastics with a bar.” mark Rippatoe.

You guys bet. Full time-trainer soon to be, time for the level one just has to be done.

Early May, looks like I’m bike full time to Long Island. Hopefully I’ll get some weekends in, but also the Crossfit sectionals are in Montclair, NJ. March, 27,28. I’ll be competing. Hope to see some fans this year. Our community is a great. And put hundreds of people like us together it’s even better.
