This was the goal today!
Anyhow, I thought messing around with the gymnastics movements was fun today. We’ll do more days dedicated to just that.
Not everyone got to try the exercises out, next time we’ll all be involved.
Workout:
Bench Press 1 rep max
Then…
4 Rounds For Time
Run 400
50 Squats
Dress warm it should be about 42 degrees!
