21 Squats



Holy shit! I have to say somethin. . . This will be the 4th day out of 7, we’re doing amrap. 5 for those that did the tabata. Well, 3-2-1-Go!
I haven’t left a quote in a while so: “Anyone can give up, it’s the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that’s true strength.” I also believe this sums up everyones week of AMRAP
