The gym is open at 10am till 11am today with a brunch afterwards.
Workout:
Each Team of 2 must complete
300 Push ups
400 Sit ups
Only thing is one member of the team will be working on completing the exercises while the other member Lunges from one goal line to the other and back (we will be training in the rink)

I don’t think I’ll be able to move from the dinner table today,not because of the amount of food I plan on eating..but because of those lunges!
Tracy, i loooved the pie. Thank you so much, you’re the best! I can’t wait to check out that place this week. Hopefully i can get there. I’m having difficulty standing. My butt is killing from those lunges!
