THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED TODAY!

I would like to thank Pooh and Mrs. Pooh for opening up their home to all of us and making our Christmas party a very special one.  This is just another example of what a great community we have created at the gym.  It’s folks like the Pooh’s that make my life wonderful, all of you make it so esay for me to come to work and love what I do!  Seeing you all succeed is what makes me so happy, this is the reason I try and further educate myself as to make your fitness goals become reality.

Speaking of Goals!  As most of you know it is much easier to succeed at something if you know what it is that you are after.  So, what I need all of you to do is come up with goals for the new year.  By January 1st I want to write down your goals for the year.  They can be goals like finally getting a “muscle up”, improving your quarter mile run time, shedding some weight, or just to make it to the gym on a consistent basis.  Whatever the goals are be sure to be very specific about what they are, don’t just write “I want to lose weight”.  Write how much weight and how you are going to accomplish it.  You have until January 1st to hand in your goals.  You must come up with at least three goals.  Don’t make them unrealistic, make them doable.  Remember, the goal and what you will do to achieve it.  And if you really want to make your goal much more achievable write down “why” you want to achieve this goal.  Start off with small goals with a larger one in mind.  Take today to do so instead of sitting around watching t.v. and eating shit!

THE GYM WILL NOW BE OPENING AT 8AM STARTING TOMORROW DECEMBER 21ST.

I WILL BE POSTING THE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE THIS WEEK.

Once again, a big Thank You to the Pooh’s!
