Thanks to everyone’s effort on the Snatch, it seemed to have really made a difference in the understanding of the technique behind the movement.  The Olympic lifts are an integral part of Crossfit and should not be avoided, becoming more efficient at these movements has an incredible carry over on improving your other Crossfit Wod’s.

For those of you who have decided to go the “Paleo” way of eating here are some recipes:

If you have not chosen the “paleo” approach I hope you have chosen something.  There is only so much training you can do to burn fat.  Unless you are training 8 hours a day you can never burn as much calories as you ingest if you are eating unhealthy.

Workout:

21-15-9
Squat Clean and Thruster (Choose the heaviest weight you can do while performing proper form and full range of motion)
Burpee Tuck Jumps (perform a burpee and instead of a small jump you must jump as high as you can and bring your knees to your chest)
